WELLBEING WEEK DAY 1
This week is Wellbeing Week in our school. Today’s theme was ‘Energise with Exercise’. Our students practised various forms of exercise and learned about the positive impact of physical activity on our wellbeing. Firstly, MFitness put our 5th Years through their paces and worked on team-building exercises. Students also learned about the health benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle. Next, our 6th Year students did a yoga session with Agatha Hurst and learned about the value of being mindful, especially during exam season.
