WELLBEING WEEK DAY 3
Wellbeing Week continued yesterday and the focus turned to ‘learning new skills’. Our 2nd and 3rd year students engaged in a workshop with Mayo Mental Health. Students practised coping skills, and learned about how they can positively support their friends through their teenage years! Other important topics covered included social media, anti-bullying and effective communication. The workshops complimented the Friends For Life resilience programme which is currently being delivered to 2nd year students.
