HSE HEALTHY EATING INITIATIVE!!

In October, the HSE Healthy Eating initiative was launched in Our Lady's in conjunction with Rina Garrett and Siobhan Scalon (Mayo North East) and Paul Gillen from HSE. After a very successful 8 weeks of theory and practical classes led by tutors Elizabeth and Sarah which saw students cook starters, mains and desserts -  they were presented with their certificates.
